Issue 959 - is it solved

Issue 959, titled "svn:externals should cooperate with 'svn status'",
is it fixed? 'svn status' shows 'S' for switched directories right
now, but the issue seems to imply that it should descend into the
directory as well - but wasn't this discussed here?

Switched directories != svn:externals subdirs, read about
svn:externals in the book (or in the code) for more info.
