A new component org.apache.jetspeed.cluster and within a NodeManager and a NodeInformation.
Upon registration of a pa in the pa-manager the local server adds a nodeinfo for the pa (persisted in the local filesystem).
Whenever a new pa is recognized the database and the info in the filesystem are compared and the correct action is taken (either completely new deployment/registration, update of the filesystem info AND the search index or just ignore....

Resolution: Fixed
Resolving this issue for 2.1
We now have prefs, user attribs, entities, and registry objects in distributed caches
We have tested deploying to several nodes, with the registry and search indexes synchronizing correctly
