updating the FAQ docs (Was: svn commit: r280534 - /forrest/trunk/site-author/content/xdocs/docs_0_70/faq.xml)
We are not updating the 0.70 docs unless absolutely necessary.
http://forrest.apache.org/docs/faq.html redirects to 0.80
where all the changes have been going.
There is no command 'forrest fresh-site'.
I fix both matters today.
