[VOTE:RESULTS] Release FOP Trunk as FOP 0.90alpha1

Almost forgot to sum up the results for the archives:
9 +1, no other votes. 7 out of 8 PMC members voted. The vote passes.
Apache FOP 0.90alpha1 can be released.
