I've been working on porting the CORBA unit tests to XML-RPC mostly.  If you
guys think that the current XML-RPC API proposal is going to stick, I'm
assuming we need something similar to the CORBA APIException for the
RPC messages(?).  If so, do we want the unit tests before or after?
