I think we can generate an secondary artifact during the build phase. That artifact will then contain all dependencies, just like the composum-meta one.
[~hanspeterstoerr] - since you already generated this once, maybe you can send a PR for it? The place to implement it would be the {{slingstart-maven-plugin}}. If we end up switching the the feature model, hopefully this functionality should be easy to port.
