Yes, its Chinese/Taiwanese. Big5 is a MIME charset for
traditional chinese and I can confirm its content is Chinese
(I'm not very good at Chinese but I can guess meaning of
most words by reading Chinese characters). It should be
renamed to zh.big5... (if no one volunteers, I'll rename it
tomorrow).
