people added to xercesc-developers group of Jira





Hi all,

I've now added Dave, Khaled, PeiYong, Alby, James and Gareth (in his
gareth@parthenoncomputing incarnation) to the xercesc-developers group of
Jira.  I think that about covers the active committers we have at the
moment; if I've somehow forgotten anyone, let me know.
