Port 8080 should be opened in security group

Hi,

Security group for cybernetics should be opened to access.

aws ec2 authorize-security-group-ingress --group-name kubernetes --protocol
tcp --port 8080--cidr 0.0.0.0/0

Thank you Udara and Pubudu for the useful info!

I included the given as a note in [1] and also mentioned it under the
Kubernetes Cluster resource definition [2] based on the information
gathered from [3]. Do let me know if anything else needs to be changed.

Hi Udara,

Yes we need to include this as well. And better if we can document that
Kubernetes master port can be configurable. Actually 8080 port will change
based on the kubernetes master port.
