[Log4j] Wrong mailing list

I think this page is out of date: 
https://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/mail-lists.html

It still refer to the log4j-dev@logging.apache.org mailing list.

I am not sure how to change that page, it seems to not be part of the 
Maven site build of the project.

OK, and I see that it is correct now, but was updated after the last 
release. Should fix itself when we do the next release then.

I think that’s controlled by the project info in the root pom.xml
