Hi,
I know - MPM perchild is unstable.

But there is a big problem. As you can read on the page (in header), it's really
unsecure to provide webhosting with PHP support. The only way, how to make it
secure is to use Perchild and run each VirtualHost under it's own UID.

I know - it has several performance implications, but I consider this approach
to be the only way out. It's better than runing several hunderts instances of Apache

And I know - PHP is not stable with multitherading MPMs - but this is another
chapter.

Somebody should make Perchild stable. If not - every webhoster in the world will
run into big troubles ...

I'm ready to calaborate. Just write me, what can I do...

Regards
    Tony
