We're very happy to know that you're searching for people knowledgeable in
Cocoon. However, the PMC is a limited group that represent the developer
community, but not the full range of people having the skill you're looking
for.
Posting such offerings to the users or developers list is an acceptable
practice (just prefix your post with "[job]"), as the Apache Software
Foundation is about developing commercial-friendly opensource software, and
therefore job proposals related to Cocoon are an integral part of the
community's life.
