Putting docs on apache wiki

If it's ok with everybody, I'm going to start putting the docs from
Myriad/phase1 into the apache wiki:

To show my editorial type of work, I updated How-it-works.md and did a PR.
Ken Sipe happily reviewed and merged my changes. Thanks Ken!

I've already edited and cleaned up all the other Docs, but would like to
have just one source location for reviews/comments rather than maintain 2
locations (Wiki AND GitHub). If later on, you'd like the finalized doc put
back in a GitHub location, I'd be more than happy to convert them back and
push to GitHub. If you plan on having a website based on GitHub pages, I've
already familiarized myself with that process as well.

Today and most of next week, I'll be working on the Wiki.

Thanks, Ruth

Hi Everyone,

I've started putting the cleaned up docs from Myriad/phase1 branch on the
Apache Wiki. I have most everything there except the development doc that
discussing building and deploying Myriad Executor and Scheduler.

Even though, I'm not at a stop point, meaning, I'm still in the
"work-in-progress" phase, your feedback is welcome... so, have at it when
you have time!

Tomorrow, I'm on PTO, but next Monday, I'll continue the work.

Thanks, Ruth
