An update to the "HTTP User Parameter Modifier" code. Please let me know if
these modifications worked successfully for you. 

David,
The attached code attached will now work over RMI. (ie the UserSequence
class now implements Serializable).

Joe,
The modifier should now use the per-thread parameter values from the
users.xml file in the same order as the <thread> elements appear in the
users.xml file.
