Urgent Help Needed!

I upgraded php on my server and when I create an phpinfo() file I get the 
result back, but none of the sites are returning php pages? 

What do I do?

here's the error I'm getting
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mysql_pconnect() 
in /var/www/html/compwiz/includes/config.inc.php on line 106
