   Hi, I had the same problem too. I had disabled ipv6 on apisix and my localhost was resolved to ::1 instead of 127.0.0.1. After changing conf/config.yaml to 
   ```
     allow_admin:                  # http://nginx.org/en/docs/http/ngx_http_access_module.html#allow
       - 0.0.0.0/0              # If we don't set any IP list, then any IP access is allowed by default.
       - "::/64"
      
   ```
   It starts to work.
