[jira] [Commented] (STATISTICS-9) Code for creating plots (userguide)

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STATISTICS-9?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=17417416#comment-17417416 ]

Alex Herbert commented on STATISTICS-9:
---------------------------------------

Added an example command-line application to compute the functions of distributions in commit:

dda4ad9bafc7137555ab30b021c3d5bed25f9aa6

The application has suitable defaults for each distribution based on the wikipedia figures where applicable. The distribution parameters and evaluated points can be changed using program arguments for greater flexibility.

Output is a text table of delimited data. This can be plotted using a suitable graphing package for the userguide figures.
