[Bug 5157] New: SA Scoring Issue

http://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=5157

           Summary: SA Scoring Issue
           Product: Spamassassin
           Version: 2.63
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows 2000
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P5
         Component: Rules
        AssignedTo: dev@spamassassin.apache.org
        ReportedBy: michael@famvans.com

I have a customer who has Spamassassin v2.63 that came installed as a part of
MDeamon v7.0.1
The issue is that every email that gets scanned by SA gets -100.0 points
for "USER_IN_WHITELIST"
I check his whitelist both to and from and Whitelist_from has 3 addresses in
it. (Yes it's a small company with only 12 boxes).
Anyhow, all the mail scores. What to do? I was thinking, clear out the
Bayesian database and let it re-learn everything?

Please take it easy on me, I'm really new to this e-mail stuff.

Thanks
