MPIR dependencies license information are aggregated based on the license name.
IT would make sense to provide some may to automatically merge those when the name refers to the same license.
A possibility would be to have a name -> spdx id mapping, start with the official ones:
  https://github.com/spdx/license-list-data/blob/master/json/licenses.json

Though some examples clearly indicate that a more exhaustive mapping is needed:
