Yeah, figured. tabId is arbitrary in our usage of it in the WebExtension. I think we're using browser storage for session_ids, so maybe we can toy around with seeing if we can't check the session storage in a new tag for existing session_ids and pass that to setLogMapper, or else we're in full-tilt 'cookie' territory.
