I think we must support AWS EC2 inside Camel-AWS component.

With this first version of EC2 support Camel will be able:

- creating and running AWS EC2 instances
- starting AWS EC2 instances
- stopping AWS EC2 instances
- terminating AWS EC2 instances

There are many improvements we can do. This is a very basic version.
