[ANNOUNCE] Apache SkyWalking 9.0.0 released

Hi all,

Apache SkyWalking Team is glad to announce the first release of Apache
SkyWalking 9.0.0.

SkyWalking: APM (application performance monitor) tool for distributed systems,
especially designed for microservices, cloud native and
container-based (Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos) architectures.

This release contains a number of new features, bug fixes and
improvements compared to
version 8.9.1. The notable changes since 9.0.0 include:

1. Provide a whole new UI for better visualization of full-stack.
2. Add the new core concept LAYER to separate different tech stack.
3. Activate most metrics analysis scripts for Linux, Service Mesh,
kubernetes, self-observability monitoring
