Real user in run

HI,
          I have recorded a script like login and updating some deatils and
logout .i have run the script by running 50 user with the same script and in
the other run by adding the CSV file config with 50 different Un and
password and running the script 

My query will both the script have the same report if not means which will
be effective in the run
