upgrading to 4.1.18 --> where is the rpm

I am stumped. 

I was able to install 4.1.12 using an rpm

tomcat4-admin-webapp-4.1.12-full.2jpp
tomcat4-4.1.12-full.2jpp
tomcat4-webapps-4.1.12-full.2jpp

but so far have been unable to locate one for 4.1.18

Otherwise what is the best way to upgrade using the existing
binaries that are available from the mirror sites.
