InvocationTargetException

What causes this error?  java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException

Everything was working fine until sometime after I decided to restructure my
package, and things seemed to freak out.  I have checked that the client and
server code both reference the same package, I have fixed my deploy.wsdd to
reflect the package change, and I've undeployed and redeployed the web
service.  What am I missing?  Thanks.
