TorqueSQLTask cannot be found

I'm having problems running junit tests against either OJB or my own
project because of the following Ant error: Any ideas?

I have tried putting torque-3.0.jar in various places but ant seemingly
cannot find it.

project-sql-classpath:
     [echo] +------------------------------------------+
     [echo] |                                          |
     [echo] | Generating SQL for OJB Testsuite!        |
     [echo] | enJoy!                                   |
     [echo] |                                          |
     [echo] +------------------------------------------+

BUILD FAILED

ask.TorqueSQLTask cannot be found
