SonarCloud config

Hi,

I adapted the analysis Jenkins job for SonarCloud. Unfortunately I have no permissions to provide a valid token.

@Colm/ Daniel: Could you please generate a token on https://sonarcloud.io/dashboard?id=cxf and add it to the field in the config of https://builds.apache.org/view/A-D/view/CXF/job/CXF-Master-Analysis/ ?

Hi Colm,

thanks it works, results are now available here: https://sonarcloud.io/dashboard?id=cxf
The rules probably need some adjustment

We could also add it to the PR validation job (some other projects did this already https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/INFRA/SonarQube+Analysis).
