Sshd contains nio2 code which only activates when used with java 7.  Under java 6, some features can't be implemented correctly such as correct file attributes support.
We need to:
  * fix the use of unix:size
  * eventually introduce a configuration option to choose the non nio2 version
As a workaround, you could implement a custom NativeFileSystemView implementation and override createNativeSshFile to always use NativeSshFile and not NativeSshFileNio.
