more docs on compile and install

Hi all,
	When you get a minute, please try looking at the docs I commited.  They
cover compiling Xindice, and installing it with Tomcat.  I'm sure they are
not complete, but it's a first step.  They are in the How-to section.

	What is the plan for moving this documentation to the
xml.apache.org/xindice/ website?  Are we just waiting for more review of the
docs?
