[PATCH] NullPointerException in PageViewport.java (redesign)

If a page contains several forward links with the same id, then the method resolve of PageViewport is called for each forward link. But in the first call of resolve all forward links for the id are resolved in the for loop, so the id is removed from the unresolved hashmap of the page and the unresolved hashmap is set to null. In the second call of the method resolve there is then a NullPointerException.

Hi Rainer,

Thanks for the patch and spotting the bug.

I will also change the area tree storage of the unresolved pages from
arraylist to a hash set so that there won't be any duplicates. This
should mean that it will only resolve an id reference once for a page.

The patch will also ensure that an error doesn't occur.

Thanks,
Keiron.
