With https://github.com/apache/sling-org-apache-sling-starter/pull/14 I've re-enabled both tests. Since we already take the performance hit of waiting for the Starter to be available, it makes sense to run an additional quick check.

I expect the analysers to have very high fidelity, but perhaps there are some cases that slip.
