problem please give me some solution

Hi,


In commandline i am getting this error 
 C:\>java org.apache.soap.server.ServiceManagerClient 
 http://localhost:8080/soap
 /servlet/rpcrouter list
 Ouch, the call failed:
   Fault Code   = SOAP-ENV:Server.Exception:
   Fault String = java.lang.NoSuchMethodError
 
 C:\>
 
 In browser i am getting this error 
 SOAP RPC Router
 Sorry, I don't speak via HTTP GET- you have to use
 HTTP POST to talk to me.
