[PR] [Studio] Normalize consumer diagnostics inputs [rocketmq-dashboard]

## Summary
- trim consumer diagnostics group/client identifiers before querying the provider
- keep the existing required-field errors for blank inputs
- cover the normalized provider call in service tests

Superseded by #635. Consolidated with related service search/filter normalization changes to reduce review overhead while preserving the same scoped fixes and tests.
