any JIRA for customerizable re-parse ?

Hi,
 Currently if you want to reparse the segement, you have to reparse all things in the segment, such as parse text,parse data. But now, I only need to reparse the part of parse-text, and keep things like  parse-data unchanged. So I want a customerizable solution ,which can customerzie which to reparse which keep no change..
Any JIRA existed for this issue?
