Added following parts:
1) New subcomponent of YARN, under applications/ project. 

2) Tensorflow training job submission, including training (single node and distributed). 
- Supported Docker container. 
- Support GPU isolation. 
- Support YARN registry DNS.

3) Retrieve job history.
