    [CARBONDATA-970] getSplits() from carbonScanRDD not ignoring the blocks which are cleared using clean files DDL

    problem: After clean files DDL is run, the blocks which are deleted are also getting in getSplits() of CarbonScanRDD.scala
    
    Solution: when the segments index map is created in carbonInputFormat.scala , get only the valid tasks which contain the valid blocks

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/sraghunandan/incubator-carbondata CARBONDATA-970_fixed_failures

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/incubator-carbondata/pull/836.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #836
