OSGi bundles has a limitation saying that the bundle version has to be starting with a digit, therefore we will need to change the synapse version from SNAPSHOT to 1.3-SNAPSHOT and we need to manage this consistently.

I propose we always go with the next planed version followed by the term SNAPSHOT separated with a '-'
