[dev] Announcing NephoScale cloud driver support

 

Hi all, 

we have integrated to libcloud the NephoScale cloud driver
(nephoscale.com). I'm planning to open an issue on JIRA and then commit
the driver. 

It implements list [size, location, image, nodes, keys],
plus node actions [create, reboot, shutdown, stop, start, destroy].
We've also hard-coded NephoScale prices for it's 13 sizes.
