   ### Motivation
   allow config reader's subscription name, follow java's feature https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/8801
   
   ### Modifications
   add param `SubscriptionName` in `ReaderOptions`
   
   ### Verifying this change
   add the test for setting the subscritpion name
