[users@httpd] Multiple Services on One Box

Attempting to configure two server processes ( not threads ) on an FC1 box.

In 1.3, utilized to separate conf files and started each in an sysv script as 
httpd -f <conf file>. One process was bound to an active ethernet port and 
the other to localhost ( restricted to ssh access ). Utilized BindAddress and 
Port respectively to accomplish this.

Now, the aforementioned parms are depreciated in 2.0 and Listen does not 
appear have the same effect.

Advise please.
