i'm seeing some problems on trunk after the merge:

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
org.apache.james.smtpserver.core.filter.CoreFilterCmdHandlerLoader

which doesn't seem to be there anymore. looks like the default handler
configuration needs to be updated. i tried to track down where the
classes have been moved to but viewvc is having issues today :-/

BTW this was caught by the smoke tests. maybe we should add a smoke
run to hudson...?
