   **Describe the bug**
   create repositories with name test and TEST, and drop repository TEST, but the test is dropped 
   
   **To Reproduce**
   Steps to reproduce the behavior:
   1. create repository 'test'
   2. create repository 'TEST'
   3. drop repository 'TEST'
   4. See error 
   
   **Expected behavior**
   the repository TEST should be dropped
