[configuration] ResourceBundles in ConfigurationFactory?

Can ResourceBundles be included in the Configuration Factory xml file?

ResourceBundles are not supported by ConfigurationFactory. Well, I think
you could of course include resource properties files directly, but
there is no mechanism of resolving resource files based on a Locale or
something.
You might have a look at the sandbox project [resources].
