[jira] [Commented] (IGNITE-16293) Support multi-platform Docker images

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-16293?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=17480969#comment-17480969 ]

Petr Ivanov commented on IGNITE-16293:
--------------------------------------

It seems that any new architecture for Docker requires some additional efforts from community.

Also – there should be a thread on dev-list with corresponding discussion why this new architecture is needed and who will use it.

Is there at least a list of desired archs sorted by necessity?

> The current Docker image is only built for the x86-64 architecture. It would be good to have multi-architecture support. [This blog|https://www.docker.com/blog/multi-platform-docker-builds/] explains how (basically a second build and a "manifest").
