KUDU-2841 added an API to the Kudu master to determine the HMS UUID that it is configured against. Instead of comparing the configured URIs, Impala should also fetch the HMS UUID and compare the UUID to the one returned by Kudu to ensure that the two systems are talking to the same metastore.
