IDE check_staged_release.sh script ( Was: [VOTE] Release Apache Sling IDE Tooling version 1.0.10 )

I forgot to remove the old sling-ide-tooling 1.0.8 directory from the
staging area, thanks for report.

Now it should just download 1.0.10 .
