[jira] [Created] (GEODE-3417) Gateway receiver invalid port range returns OK instead of ERROR

Emily Yeh created GEODE-3417:
--------------------------------

Summary: Gateway receiver invalid port range returns OK instead of ERROR
                 Key: GEODE-3417
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GEODE-3417
             Project: Geode
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: gfsh
            Reporter: Emily Yeh

When the {{start-port}} and {{end-port}} options are specified for the {{create gateway-receiver}} command, it's expected that the start port must be lower than the end port in order to specify a valid port range. When the start port is higher than the end port, the message {{ERROR: Please specify either start port a value which is less than end port.}} is printed but the actual status of the result of the command is {{OK}} instead of {{ERROR}}.
