It is fairly difficult (maybe impossible) to use the CachingHttpClientBuilder effectively with the OSGi proxy support originally added in HTTPCLIENT-1238.  In order to support this, a corresponding CachingHttpClientBuilderFactory interface should be created with an implementation.
