Fix committed to branch_3x in r1238884.

This was caused by randomly generated test data containing character U+FFFF, which causes trouble (hard-to-track-down bugs) for Lucene 3.x indexing; to avoid this, MockTokenizer.readCodePoint() included an assertion that no character was U+FFFF.

Fixing all random text generators to avoid U+FFFF looked hard, so Robert suggested switching from an assertion in MockTokenizer.readCodePoint() to throwing an AssumptionViolatedException, which LuceneTestCase would catch and then not trigger a test failure for.
