Once this is done we can remove the .osFamily(OsFamily.UBUNTU) call, and have jclouds select the OS (according to Adrian Cole, not all clouds have Ubuntu).

Resolution: Duplicate
This was fixed as a part of the move to use Amazon Linux AMI. Rackapace uses Ubuntu still, so both pathways are tested.
